Any service with “unlimited use,” “unlimited calling,” “unlimited messaging” and/or “unlimited extensions” that is “free,” or not purchased within a plan, is subject to this Reasonable Use Policy. This Reasonable Use Policy is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of the Voxox Cloud Phone service. If you purchased a Voxox Cloud Phone plan, this policy does not apply to you, unless the service is used in a way that is not allowed, as described in Section 6 below.
1. Unlimited Calling and Messaging Plans
Unlimited calling and messaging plans that are for free are subject to a reasonable usage limit of 30,000 minutes per month and 30,000 messages per month, respectively. The limit is for the entire calling and messaging plan. The limit is not on a per country basis. Therefore, if the calling and messaging plan includes more than one country, the total number of minutes allowed for that entire calling and messaging plan remains at 30,000 minutes per month and 30,000 messages per month. Once this limit is met, the normal published per-minute calling rates and per-message delivery rates will apply for any additional minutes used or messages sent.
2. Unlimited Extensions
If offered, unlimited extensions may require an additional Voxox Cloud Phone account if the amount of extensions exceeds 100.
3. Single Account Use Only
Unlimited calling and messaging plans are only for use by a single Voxox Cloud Phone account. Each plan is to be used by only one Voxox Cloud Phone account, which may consist of several registered extensions, individuals or users within the account, and is not to be shared with any other independent or separate account, individual or user by any means.
Call center use and any other high volume usage is prohibited.
4. Conference Calls
Conference calls are any calls where there is more than one party participating on a call using a separate phone number. Minutes consumed during a conference call is calculated by multiplying the number of parties on the call by the number of minutes on the call.
5. Callback Calls
Minutes consumed during a callback call consumes twice as many minutes than placing a direct call to another phone number. This is due to there being 2 legs of the call that you are responsible for – the call to your landline or mobile phone, and the call connecting the other party. Minutes consumed during a callback is calculated by multiplying the number of minutes on the call by two.
6. Unlimited Calls and Messaging That Are Not Allowed
The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that are not allowed with an unlimited use plan:

c. Reselling calling or messaging plans
d. Sharing calling or messaging plans, whether via a PBX, call center, computer, or any other means.
e. Calling phone numbers (whether singly, sequentially or automatically) to generate income for yourself or others as a result of placing the call, other than for your individual business communications
f. Unusual calling or messaging patterns inconsistent with normal, individual use, for example, regular calls of short duration, placing calls to multiple phone numbers in a short period of time, or sending the same message to a large number of phone numbers.
7. Fraud, Misuse or Breach
In the event that there is, or Voxox suspects that there is, any fraudulent activity or misuse of your Voxox Cloud Phone account, Voxox reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Voxox Cloud Phone service and deactivate your account with immediate effect and without a refund. You will remain liable for all fraudulent charges associated with your account and any other liabilities.
Voxox reserves the right to change the Reasonable Use Policy at any time in its exclusive and sole discretion. Voxox also reserves the right to withdraw or change any unlimited use (i.e., calling, messaging and/or extensions) plan at any time. If Voxox makes any change(s) to an unlimited use plan, you will receive a notification describing the change(s) to the relevant unlimited use plan and the date such changes take effect.
