What is Cloud Phone?

How does the free trial work?

It’s free 😉  Choose a plan, select a Toll Free or Local number and we will automatically configure your Auto Attendant for you.  You have a full 30 days to configure your new professional greeting and setup your call forward to ensure that every important customer call is connected to the right phone, or the same phone, the choice is yours.  Once your trial period is over, you will continue to receive the exact same service you expect from our San Diego support team.

How many text messages can I send per month?

Depending on your service plan, between 200 and unlimited monthly messages.  See our Pricing for more details.

Do all Toll Free and Local numbers support SMS?

Every Toll Free and Local Cloud Phone number comes INCLUDED with SMS.  Cloud Phone includes this free of charge, most  services will charge you a monthly fee… per number!

What countries are included in my monthly minutes?

Bundled minutes include calling to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.  These minutes can be used to forward an inbound call to your cell phone or place a call to your customer.

Can I make calls to countries other than the United States, Canada & Mexico?

Yes. You can make International calls using the Android and iOS Mobile apps. Cloud Phone has incredibly low International calling rates and are billed per minute.

What happens if I exceed my bundled voice minutes?

You can check your current minute usage on your portal dashboard.  Overage minutes for the United States, Canada & Mexico are billed at a rate of $0.05 per minute.

How many SMS messages are bundled with my service?

Each billing period your Cloud Phone plan comes with included minutes. If you use more than your included SMS each month, inbound messages from you customers will continue to be delivered.  You will need to upgrade your plan to to send messages.

Can I transfer an existing number to Cloud Phone?

Absolutely, it’s always free to move numbers to Cloud Phone. Simply choose to ‘Keep My Number’ during you trial signup or open a support request and we’ll handle the rest for you.

Can I port out my Cloud Phone number to another provider?

Yes. We won’t charge a fee and we won’t hold up your port request.

Can I have more than one number?

Yes, you can always add additional Toll Free or Local Numbers.  If you are thinking about adding more than a few numbers, check out the plans that include up to 25 numbers.

How do I cancel my account?

Within the management portal, choose Help to open a request with support and our team can help close your account.

Do you have Android and iOS apps?

Search for ‘Cloud Phone’ and you will find Android and iOS apps.  Voice, SMS, Visual Voicemail, Transfer, Call History and more…

How do I change my plan?

At any time, you may upgrade or downgrade your plan in your management portal.

Can I receive faxes on my Cloud Phone number?

All Cloud Phone numbers are fax enabled.  We suggest you provide the number that is answered by the Auto Attendant as your fax number.  Faxes will be delivered as a .pdf and also available on the “Activity” page.

Can I connect this to a IP Desk Phone?

Yes, you are looking for our Voxox Office product.  While Cloud Phone is a virtual ‘no hardware’ solution, Voxox offers a traditional Hosted PBX solution with desk, conference and other call center solutions.  Feel free to call our sales team also to get more information at 619-900-9000.

Can I send a fax from my Cloud Phone number?

Not at this time.  For most of our customers, the plentiful free services work well.
